BoostMyTrade is a trading name of Amondin Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13872824, registered office: 18 Church Lane, Northaw, Potters Bar, England, EN6 4NX). We provide websites, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads management and the BoostMyTrade app to tradespeople in the UK. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It covers our website (boostmytrade.com), our services, and the BoostMyTrade app (app.boostmytrade.com and our mobile apps).

Information we collect

• Contact details such as your name, business name, phone number and email address when you enquire about or sign up for our services.
• Account information for the BoostMyTrade app. You log in with your mobile phone number and we send a one time code by SMS to verify it is you.
• Lead and customer records you create in the app, such as the names, phone numbers, notes and job values you save against enquiries that come through your website.
• Website lead activity from your BoostMyTrade website, such as when a visitor taps the call, WhatsApp or email button or submits a contact form. We record the type of enquiry, the page it happened on and the time. We do not record the content of your customers' phone calls or messages.
• Invoicing information if you use invoicing in the app: the invoice details you enter and the payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems.
• Receipt photos you choose to upload, and the details we extract from them (shop, date, amount, VAT) to help with your bookkeeping.
• Billing information for your BoostMyTrade subscription, processed by Stripe.

How we use it

• To provide and run the services you have signed up for, including building and hosting your website, managing your Google presence, and operating the app.
• To show you the leads your website generates and let you manage them in the app.
• To create and track invoices you send, and to update your records when an invoice is paid.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support, usually over WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To send you service messages, such as login codes.
• To improve our services and keep them secure.

We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and your consent where required (for example marketing messages, which you can opt out of at any time).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run BoostMyTrade:

• Amazon Web Services for hosting and data storage (EU region)
• Stripe for payments, subscriptions and invoicing
• Twilio for SMS login codes and WhatsApp messaging
• Google for Google Business Profile and Google Ads services we manage on your behalf
• Zoho for our customer relationship management

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or an active enquiry with us, and for as long afterwards as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Lead records in the app are kept so your customer history stays available to you. If you close your account you can ask us to delete your data.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Your customers' information

Where you store details about your own customers in the app (for example a lead's name and phone number), you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not use your customers' details for our own purposes.

If we make significant changes to this policy we will update this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
